Our Core Exchange Policy - Please Read:

• Price quoted is with exchange of your old HEADREST and BACKREST

• If you do not wish to return your old parts, there is a $250 Additional Core Charge

• Your old parts must be shipped back to us once you receive your replacement kit

• We must receive your core return within 2 weeks of receiving your replacement kit

• Your core exchange kit must be in good condition (worn, torn upholstery is expected, but base structure cannot be cracked/damaged)

• Shipping cost of exchange is customers responsibility
