• If you do not wish to return your old x-ray head, there will be an $800 Additional Charge
• Your old x-ray head must be shipped back to us once you receive your replacement
• We must receive your old x-ray head within 2 weeks of receiving your replacement 
• Shipping cost of exchange is customers responsibility
